How do you start working with a team?
Invite a member from the team workspace. The recipient accepts the invitation using their own account; administrators do not need to set passwords for members.
An invitation can be revoked before it is used. Check the recipient before sending, and check the team name and invitation source before accepting.
How should responsibilities be assigned?
The primary administrator can manage members through the available roles, allocate team credits and review usage. Give members the permissions their work requires, then review the member list when collaboration ends.
Available actions depend on account permissions and deployment settings. Use the permissions and usage shown on the team page as the basis for decisions.
Connect your own API channels and third-party relays
In model-channel settings, enter the Base URL and API key, then configure the protocol, model IDs and required headers from your provider's documentation. Check the image and video modes you need before generating. Paths, resolutions and first/last-frame inputs depend on the connected channel. An adaptation request for an unsupported channel is not a compatibility guarantee.
BYOK supports a custom API endpoint, model key and headers. For OneAPI, NewAPI or another relay, select the OpenAI, Gemini or Claude protocol that matches its actual API, then check model IDs and image/video endpoint support. Not every relay or private protocol works automatically. BYOK model calls have no platform model markup or platform generation-credit deduction; workspace access and provider usage are still billed separately.
Connect only trusted providers and use HTTPS in production. Custom requests are forwarded through the authenticated backend; required prompts, reference assets and credentials take part in the request. Never put API keys, passwords or secret-bearing headers in public canvases, screenshots or support requests.
Frequently asked questions
Does opening an invitation link automatically join the team?
You must sign in and confirm the invitation. Do not share invitation links publicly.
Can team administrators set individual monthly compute quotas for members?
Yes. Team and enterprise workspaces allow admins to allocate specific monthly compute allowances to each creator, preventing accidental credit exhaustion and tracking per-project costs.
Will shared canvas projects be lost if a member leaves the team?
Team membership permissions are separate from canvas and asset ownership and storage. Before a member leaves, check project ownership, sharing permissions and backups. Do not assume personal canvases or assets automatically become team property or are retained forever.
Can I connect OneAPI, NewAPI and custom headers?
